Almost 7 days without WIFI and Ntokozo was the only Agent willing to help!

I am only giving this business a 5 star review because of one person! if i had to review this company it would be one star!

Ntokozo from Fibrestream, clearly displays attributes that and clearly shows that he knows what he is doing and will do anything to help his client.

As for the rest of the fibrestream team they don't go the extra mile, you spend up to 10 mins waiting to chat to them, only to be told they can not assist. I feel like staff are not equipped with the necessary skills or they just have a don't care attitude.

Very happy with the service and the agent went as far as saying that he will make himself available to assist anytime when I have a problem, even on his off day. That's not just service , that's loyalty and a hard worker!
