As a loyal customer from Fibrestream apparently they sent us customers regarding their price hike but no email on my side and they provide with bad service..i dont understand why did they do that while we experienced worst WIFI connections last month..we called technicians with their bad attitudes we had to reamain calm now this haaaai guys u guys need to pulll up your socks when it comes to customer service we not happy...especially when we need help or assistance
