Very bad customer service

Dear Sir /Madam Tuesday 26 08/2025 ,I reported that my wifi connection is offline they gave me reference number FT286930, until today no help, when do follow up I am told to be patient and my matter is with maintenance department.

Worse again I bought a monthly wifi now it's time is subracted but I am not using it I feel treated very bad.
