NOT Connecting townships to affordable world-class internet

I live in complex/block of flats and I unable to have the product installed as one of the other 12 neighbours already has one. I mean what are the rest of us who need high speed Wifi are we supposed to knock on a stranger's door and ask to hotspot? I don't think this one was thought through correctly, I mean I understand one unit per house hold, or per meter box, but not being to have one because we share a boom gate??? but I guess we'll just have utilize other service providers.

Oh and contact centre agents were not much help.
