MY HOUSE LEFT OUT FROM INSTALLATION. ALL MY NEIGHBOURS HAVE IT!!!

I have been trying to get hold of someone to assist me to install in my house in Ntuzuma E. All the Neighbours around me have been installed , I have sent a Whatsapp but received no help at all except a reference number FT443797 on the 05 November 2025 .When I asked the guys installing they asked me if I bought a bells bottle to give them and promised to come back the next day after I told them I don't do bribes. I also tried communicating with others that were still doing installations but they could not help me since it was not their job to install at my house and told me that someone must be at home which is always the case. There is always someone in the house during the day. I understand that this is for everyone but I was left out. I even provided the pole number which was dug up in my yard which is P-D437 but still nothing till today. I was so looking forward to this because I wanted to cancel the Wifi contract I have at home and use the fiber.
