Great Wi-Fi, great support — FibreTime really cares about their customers.

I had a great experience with Fibre Time. After I damaged my power cable, I contacted them via WhatsApp and they offered to replace it for free. Their follow-up was quick, and a technician was ready to assist me within days. I also appreciate how persistent they were in trying to reach me when they couldn’t get through.

The Wi-Fi service is reliable and I’m very happy overall. My only suggestion is that they consider adding a call center for those who may struggle with WhatsApp.
