Fibertime South Africa bad support service

Fibertime South Africa Eastern Cape has the worst customer support ever. When you attempt to log a support ticket via whatsapp, a support consultant only responds after 2 hours introducing themselves and never again. After couple of hours they close the ticket " we have not heard back from you " simple disgusting customer service. Unbelievable. I have multiple whatsapp chat messages attempting to log a support ticket with the same outcomes. Please Fibertime, spend some type on your customer service.
