Fibertime customer service consultant very rude

I had the worse experience with this company the consultant was rude speaking over me , my quarry was we are 8 people in my home the fiber time router only takes 5 devices , I asked if theirs anything that can be done cause we all can’t connect and the connection is really bad the response was theirs nothing we can do 😏 wow what happend to first call resolution customer service seems to mean nothing to them .
