Fibertime contractors threatened my life on my own property, Unacceptable behavior and property damage

Today while working from home, I heard loud noises and people walking directly on top of my roof. Nobody communicated with me or requested permission to access my property. When I went outside to ask who authorized them to be on my roof and what they were doing, the Fibertime team responded with verbal abuse and direct threats to my life. As a woman alone at home, I felt extremely unsafe and intimidated. I had to force myself to stand firm because I had no one there to assist me, but being threatened by contractors simply for asking why they were on my roof is completely unacceptable. This is the second time Fibertime has operated on my property without prior notice. During the first incident, my household electrical appliances got burnt out due to their work. Because of this hostile behavior, safety threat, and complete lack of respect for private property, I am no longer interested in any services from Fibertime. I want Fibertime management to urgently contact me, arrange for the immediate removal of their router, pole, and infrastructure from my property, and address this severe safety violation.
