Disappointed customer

To whom it may concern. Hi. I'd like to express my dissatisfaction with the data network provider in my area (Inanda) called Fibertime.

I have their device at home which was app**** for by one of my siblings. I recently installed CCV cameras and I failed to connect them to the data network.

I called the service provider which is Fibertime and the consultant (lady) proudly informed me that their fiber network does not accommodate CCV cameras.

I'm so disappointed by the fact that they are providing us with a limited service. It's very poor of them
