Delayed installation.

This company came to install infrastructure in my place Ivory Park ext 9 in November 2025, they installed it from Ivory Park ext 8 which was connected and working in less than 2 months, then moved on to do an installation at Ivory Park ext 10 and some parts of ext 8, what I find so infair is that some house which only got infrastructure later in ext 8 and 10 got their connection from my area, it's been 6 months since I've been waiting to get connected, I have 2 reference numbers FT*** and FT*** they logged both this refs by whatsapp, I can't speak to them telephonically even though I have asked for a call back more than once, its difficult to get through to anyone who can offer real assistance.
