data lost

Fibertime really need to update their systems we can't be losing data. I shared data or coins as they call them to niece and it happened that the number could not receive the opt we did sim swap still we cannot get the otp on her number. We asked that the coins that were shared to my niece to be transferred back to the my number, Ntokozo said the coins on my number are 1440 but when i log in it is only 960. So the data of480 has been lost just like that as they stated that they cannot do this request from their side.
