Terrible company to deal with! Do not Engage in business with FG Telecoms
Worst company to deal with. Do not ever engage in business with FG Telecoms. We have had repeated issues since inception over three years ago. Internet connectivity and VOIP lines are down on a nearly daily basis.
Service is shocking and we have been given the run around and have been given numerous excuses as to why services have been poor. Management has also not taking on any responsibility and when feedback has been requested on how the matter will be resolved, it has fallen on deaf ears. Senior management does not get back.
