Worst wi-fi technicians

M Nel (Ticket ***) Evotel Vryheid KZN is incapable and worthless. I am a client of Home Connect and I should get 150mb but I only receive 100mb even-though I pay full price. On Home connect side the technician Hloni has done everything he could to sort out the problem but Evotel who is the technicians that installed the system and should come out to fix the problem don’t co-operate. I have been having this problem for a year now and have yet to see an Evotel technician at my home for this problem. I do not think they are capable or qualified to sort out these sort of problems. Neither the technician or their supervisers can deliver service. Home connect should definitely fine better technician to assist in Vryheid.
