Worst Service Provider.

I don't know how many people will take the time to read my review for Evotel. Evotel is a nightmare. Horrible service. This isn't my first review, And it's the same as the last one. Terrible Terrible Terrible service. And the sad thing is there aren't any improvements made, Am not sure if our needs as their clients are taking into consideration or they just don't care?

Am certainly not a happy client of Evotel. It's frustrating that we have no other choice as they installed the fiber in our area. So we'll have to write reviews on "Hello Peter" ? No this isn't right.

Our line has been off since the 19th of June. We lodged a complaint with our service provider Level7 to contact Evotel. Guess what? We are still waiting...
