Evotel recently installed FTTH in the Ladysmith area, and in the last 2 months the services has been offline more than anything else. There is no permanent fix to as it always seems to be the same problem according to the whatsapp group between all the Ladysmith users and Evotel. This is seriously pathetic service compared to the promises they make during the installations and with the field team selling their product.
