World Class Service
I just would like to express my gratitude to Prudence for her intervention which resulted in turning a nightmare of a customer experience to me getting what I was promised within days. I was just about to cancel until she stepped in. At every level, she kept me informed & acted immediately when a problem manifested. Today, my family & I are now connected which allows us to work, study & play. Massive THANKS to Prudence for the assistance.
