We were assisted by Kleinbooi kaizer. He was very helpful and very patient not to mention how friendly he was. He has been assisting with configuring our line since 19:00 and we encountered many issues with the configuration as well as the resseting of the router and the password and finally after he persevered and kept on going even when we were ready to give up,at 22:08 we were able to connect successfully. We truly appreciate his effort and patience and the extra mile to video call and take us step by step through the whole process. Greatest service I've ever received from him.
