VPN Ports Blocked

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with evotel as my ISP.

I rely on my internet connection to work from home, but evotel has blocked the VPN connection I need to access our server. This means I am currently unable to do my work from home.

I have tried reaching out to them regarding the issue, but unfortunately I have not received the level of assistance I expected. As a customer, I should be able to use my internet connection for legitimate work purposes without having essential access blocked.

I hope they can resolve this issue as soon as possible and provide better communication and support to their customers.
