VERY VERY BAD AND SLOW SERVICE
Terrible service!
Due to the time it takes for them to sort out problem and still expect you to pay i wanted to move over to Vumatel.
A very friendly call centre lady from Fliber (My ISP) persuaded me to rather stay with Evotel.I agreed and decided to even upgrade my line from a 20/10 to a 125/125.
To my demise when we woke up this morning we found our inter was instead cut of completly ! I phoned my ISP and they sadly cant do a thing for me as its Evotel that cut our connection!
Best part is Evotel does not even have 1 tecnician that works on a weekend that can take 5 mins to restore our connection!
I phoned vumatel to ask how quickly the can fix such an issue and the guy responded that 5 mins and i would be back on!
I'm very sorry to hear this has been your experience. I've had a look at your line and unfortunately it seems you've been provided with some misinformation regarding your line. Your Evotel fibre line is still very much active and the only people who can load cancelations are the ISPs as they hold the contract with you.
I have asked my Support Team to take a look to see if we can assist from our end with the actual problem though. Your PPPOE details have lost configuration. Typically the ISP has all the details necessary to get that sorted out quite quickly with you.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. If we can get you up and running again we definitely will, but we also urge you to contact Fliber regarding this. We will definitely be discussing this with them as well as we are always happy to step in and assist client with trouble on their line.
