Uveshni An Absolute Superstar

I relocated to a new unit with in my complex. Only to see the ONT is missing. What a pain! I called my ISP and was told I have to apply for installation and that I will have to choose between a once of installation fee or a 12-month claw back agreement. Totally unfair as the line was existing and only the ONT was taken from the premise for the previous tenant. So, after getting no where with my ISP an emailed Evotel Support. Will sitting in the darkness of loadshedding an angel gave me a call – Uveshni. (Out of the normal office hours I might add 20H30) She understood my frustration and escalated my matter.
