UV from Evotel, excellent customer service!!!
Amazing service from Uveshni Naicker from Evotel. Wifi was down, she phoned me continuously and reassured me that the technicians will come. She kept me up to date with developments and sent emails. She also assisted me with photos and a description of the extent of damaged cables in order for me to forward information to my Employer as I work from home. She really goes the extra mile. Excellent customer service from UV!
