Useless

I have encountered numerous challenges with the service. I submitted an online request for a quote and engaged in three separate discussions with sales agents, even scheduling a date for installation. However, no one arrived on the scheduled date. I attempted to complete the necessary documents provided, but experienced technical issues with the website. Despite having several conversations via WhatsApp regarding these matters, I have not received any updates. My overall experience with Evotel has been quite disappointing.
