Unauthorized digging
I have a serious challenge with Evotel. I did not request an installation of fibre and your people have come and dug a massive hole at the front of my yard that is not sealed. What kind of company does not look at health and safety? Are you going to be liable should my child fall into the hole that you've dug for fibre that I didn't request. I want this hole closed urgent before I take further steps against you.

We here at Evotel would like to assure you that we would never build any network without the relevant paperwork being in order. As always, we have obtained all the necessary wayleaves in order to construct the network outside your boundary walls. Everything will be reinstated at the conclusion of the rollout.
That being said, we would like to ensure that our contractors are abiding by all the proper health and safety standards. Please provide us with your address and confirm your cell phone number for us so that we can give you a call in the morning to set your mind at ease.
