TRY NOT TO PLEASE!
This is the worst service provider, I first had a profile with MWEB via EVOTEL their services where superb interms of resolving technical issues , then i had to change connection due to unforeseen circumstances with MWEB. 2 years later contacted them for the service provider then they connected me to SUPERSONIC which turned to be a very bad experience.
I told EVOTEL I had technical issues they insisted it was a money issue which i knew i had made payment but they did not assist me for the whole month, come month end my account was debited twice and they did not care how i get my refund from supersonic. They will say they will get back to you but dololo , NOTHING u will call text and watsapp but they will not care. This is people that call themselves managers (LEFA). IT HAS BEEN A VERY FRUSTRATING, STRESSFUL JOURNEY AND IM TIRED.
