Title: Ticket ***: Unfinished cable work & poor service in Welkom, Free State Review: I am extremely disappointed with the service from Evotel. Over the past while in Welkom, Free State, the service has been consistently weak, unreliable, and completely unacceptable. A huge number of people across our town and community are constantly complaining about the poor quality of service we receive, and it just keeps getting worse. To make matters worse, from 11:00 AM today, internet connectivity dropped completely for my house and the property directly behind me (Ticket ***). Maintenance technicians worked on a cable in our street this morning and simply left without finishing the job or restoring our connection. While support agents don't outright ignore me, they provide zero actual feedback. I have not been given a clear explanation of what the issue is or any estimated time of restoration (ETR). As someone who works remotely, losing connection during business hours without meaningful updates directly impacts my work and income. Evotel needs to urgently address their overall service failure in Welkom, Free State, hold their technicians accountable, and resolve this ticket immediately.
