They are really useless if they damage your property.
Watch out for this company. I was so kind to let them know that something went wrong on their pole in front of my house due to a windstorm. The technician was out within hours. All fix. His equipmet fell on my boundary wall damaging my electric fence. I reported it and guess what. Their technicians cant fix that. Its been a month up untill i had to get it fixed by myself. I wish I could post the emails. You will have a laugh about how they respond.
