Still not live
Where do we start. Applued for fibre for our comolex. Paperwork wad signed off and approved by body corporate then nothing for a few months. Followed up, paperwork gone again. Resubmitted then, waited and waited. Eventually build started only to be completed 3 weeks later, partially. Escalated the matter it got finalized. Test done by contractor and then guess what noting happened again. Only to find CAC is still outstanding before build can be signed off and I can apply for fibre. Asking on a semi daily basis on WhatsApp group for answers, no concrete answer or timeline can be guven. I do understand there are a lot of buulds, but surely once you start something you should finish it off so that you can move on to your next project. I am very disappointed in how the are handling this. Expected more from such a reputable company
