Shocking service

I wish I could give evotel no stars as I am paying for a 200mbs line and am getting speeds of only 10mbps.A site meeting was set up with evotel and my internet service provider and evotel did not bother to show up only my isp showed up. I am beyond angry as I need this line to work and because of the low speeds I cannot work and I am losing hours which I then do not get paid for.
