Shocking Service

<p>Absolute joke when it comes to service delivery. The internet is off more often than it is on. My PPPoE account redial 3 to 4 times a day like clock work. I', a network engineer working within the industry and the support staff are full of excuses which don't even relate to what is happening on the network. The technician who came out to my house had received no training in fiber installations and i had to guide him through how his splicing tool worked before he could even repair the fiber.
