Service Excellence
Evotel service. Is on another level. I was assisted by Nonhlanhla Shongwe. Her level of professionalism, extreme product knowledge, patience and her understanding that not all clients are as techno savvy as the younger generation. I was just blown away of her constant willingness to assist me get my account set. I had given up on having internet but she made sure that I am reconnected. Not only did I get a new rate on the new package but have a much higher speed. Thanks to Nonhlanhla. And also thank you to Shahil who has also being coordinating things quitely in the background. Almost 3 years in a row Shahil has made sure that I am always reconnected. Thank you guys, Evotel must be especially proud to have such a team with a world class standard. Thank you and continue to excell beyond excellence. You are GREAT and the both of you are just the best.
