PRUDENCE MOLEFE - MY ONE ONE EVOTEL LADY

I went through turmoil in the past 9 days with RSAWEB as I was not able to have a reliable connection on my fibre. Like any other customer, I seeked help via the support group and I was taken from pillar to post with the huge blame on Evotel South Africa being at fault.

I later met PRUDENCE MOLEFE in the midst of my frustration and she took me through every step of troubleshooting on the fibre box to sending technicians almost 3x in 2 days to my house. The fault was with RSAWEB and they were too proud to take the fault.

Prudence Molefe organised conference calls between RSAWEB any myself as their client. We connected for over 3 hours with RSAWEB that kept on disconnecting in between. Prudence stuck with me through.

I was frustrated, I was annoyed at the fact that I was a paying customer yet for 9 days I was not assisted with fibre connection from RSAWEB, I was at some point very harsh to her but she amazed me with her professionalism and ettiquette. You know I felt safe in her arms and care.

She defended me when RSAWEB was taking advantage of me. Today, I have a fibre connection as she held my hand every step of the way.. She is the best. I wish to meet her and her in person one day.. We need more Prudence Molefe's in SOUTH AFRICA Truth be told.

Well done my lady and keep shining. You are going far with that attitude. If your boss does not see it right now, I will come and take you soon, I promise.
