Poorest of service

I have been without wifi for almost three days. I have followed up my ISP who has been following up with Evotel. They are digging trenches in the area I am living in. Now I have to wait until the trenches are done before they will do the maintenance. Take it up with your ward councilor I was told. I asked to be routed to another sector. Was told I need to wait. So if it takes three weeks. Take it up with the municipality.

I received a mail from a friend where Evotel advertises that they will keep you connected! They will make a plan. Please. You have done nothing. I need to follow up no one keeps me informed. And no plan whatsoever.

O yes. Cherry on cake. I pay for a gig line, as advertised, but dont even receive half the output. They said that I should downgrade. Why sell something if you cant deliver?

This is extremely dissapointing. Lets see what happens after three weeks. Wonder if I should pay for what I receive? Well take that up with your service provider. Well the ISP is great, cool odeas. But evotel. No way!
