Pathetic service
Evotel is the worst Fibre infrastructure provider. We have been having endless issues with our service the past few weeks. So called maintenance is done including emergency maintenance on a friday afternoon with 15 min notice provide. Once again we are down with no fibre. The so called sales admin representative for the area does not respond to emails, reads them and ignores them. Worst service ever

It was unforeseen and the teams are working tirelessly to get the POP back up. However we are confident that this will be a permanent solution to fix any long term issues.
