PATHETIC POOR SERVICE / CUSTOMER CARE
Good day.
I wanted to post this a few days ago, but I let it go...now I have had ENOUGH of this pathetic service!!
I am situated in UPINGTON.
On Saterday the 5th of February, this happened yet again. Evotel told me that we must contact our ISP, but to my surprise the fault was on EVOTEL's side...and not with my ISP.
Now tonight, the 11th of February, I and many other are, yet again, with internet...is this a patern of what?
What in heaven's name is going on? Everything is working fine for a few days then all of sudden....INTERNET DOWN. What's the problem you ask? No the cables are broken or the servers are down or....to be very sarcastic....someone sneezed to loud and the lines went down.
What is Evotel doing that the internet keep on going down? And this has been going on for the past week and half now. Is someone not doing the work correctly or what? I do not know nor do I care....All I do know is: I and I'm sure a lot of people with me are paying for a service we are not getting....and I have had ENOUGH of this!!
Every time something like this happens, we get apologies but does not help us in anyway. What about people who are working from home who depend on the internet? Clearly....someone is not doing their job correctly or as it seems to me...not doing their job at all.
If this problem still occurs in the following, I will make it my mission and start posting report, like this one, on a repeated daily basis...until the problem can be resolved...ONCE AND FOR ALL.
I do hope that this report above will maybe arrise some attention.
Good day
We apologise sincerely for the break in your service, however, construction vehicles working at night have damaged our fibre lines. Teams have been dispatched to the site and a temporary solution will be implemented as construction continues. We expect resolution this evening however, due to the problematic conditions ongoing construction can pose to repairs we cannot guarantee restoration of the network before midnight. We are, however, prioritising this fix and aim to have everyone up and running as soon as possible.
