No technical support services from Evotel for 3 weeks!
I've been waiting for a technician from Evotel since the 9th of December. I keep calling and sending emails, even wrote on their social media pages they keep telling me that they'll get back to me as soon as they've allocated a technician to come to my premises and fix the problem. I'm tired of this company they are very unprofessional they don't care about service they render to people. I've been paying for service that I don't have access to.

We are very sorry for the extended downtime that you have been experiencing. There has been unfortunate issues in the area with backlogs which we do apologise for. This has been escalated to our Management to get the trouble on your line sorted out as soon as possible.
