No no - for Evotel fibre lines.
Fibre line off since Sat. After many calls to Vox (SP) they said Evotel is looking into it. Left tweets on Evotel twitter account to inform of the outage. Repair was done to a Randfontein line but not completed as we were still down. Evotel informed by me and Vox Sunday plenty calls to Vox and twitter messages but no reply, feedback or acknowledgement of the problem. Line still off. So 2 days now I'll have to pay for but no service. Had to buy data for children to do school assignment. Disappointed over non service and shady repairs.

We are sorry to hear that you're experiencing connectivity issues, but we've had a look at your line and everything is up and running on our side. Notices were dispatched to our ISP partners this morning stating that all networks are functional. Vox will need to have a look at your line again, as the infrastructure is operational.
