No fibre 4 days

So disappointed. Been without fibre since Wednesday 25 Jan. No explanation no feedback nothing. As a freelancer, my clients have threatening to end my contracts. Paying for 200/200 line with no service whatsoever. Well if this goes on I won't be able to pay for my fibre connection. I honestly don't have this huge line for my benefit. It's to be able to assist my clients with excellent service, better that what evotel is giving me at this stage.

I do understand lines co down and so on but where is there customer service? Where is feedback? Where is ETA? The problem is on their line that I as much understand after evotel was in front of my house for 30 min with no explanation what the problem is.
