No custommer support what so ever unless you complain on HelloPeter
Good day. I would like to inform you that I have had it with Evotel. I am paying you and my ISP 1000's of rands to have a 1gb fiber line. For the past 2 months I have experienced backhaul failure after failure. One of your techs moved my connection the last time and it was fixed. I dont know if there was a different port Hub or line they used and it worked within 5 min I had a stable connection. Ever since then it seems I am the only one in my town that is having connection issues.
I have almost 0 download speeds yet my upload speeds are max 500+ mb download. I have reported this to webafrica and they have informed me that YOU GUYS KNOW ABOUT THIS ISSUE. Yet nothing has been happening to FIX this backhaul or HUB or what ever the hell keeps failing and I have to sit with a 1000mb fiber line at 1mb download speeds.
I cant get hold of anyone to tell me when this will be fixed as yesterday was a public holiday and today is Friday. A long weekend ahead and my line is still not fixed. I need you to get of your asses and fix this line as I will not continue to pay for a service not delivered.
My line currently is running at 600mb/s but I have a packet loss of cannot count. I tracert www.evotel.co.za and it times out or has a latency of in the 100's I ping evotel and it has a 100% loss. So you tell me what you expect me to do

Planning and preparations have been done and still on going to ensure the network is up and running stable as it should be. The current trouble is not just with your individual line and is with the network currently, we are aware of this and our teams are treating this with urgency to get resolved.
Our sincerest apologies for these disruptions.
