No Connectivity - Ennerdale (Again)

This constant feeling of Deja vu, every second week, there is no connectivity or issues with connectivity in the Ennerdale area. Is there any plan from Evotel to change this? I have deadlines that I need to meet today with submissions and writing exams. The services from Evotel have been declining over the last few months, can they tell me how many hours of downtime we have had in the previous two months only?
