Net99 and Evotel are the worst internet providers
At it again with Evotel/Net99 last month they failed to debit our account as i have agreed with them and I am facing the same incompetence again when i always on a call with them emphasis that they debit on that date.This week I had to pay via EFT "again" after paying they said i should pay R400 towards the outstanding balance of R1000 I had with them and for so long I have been asking all their agents that i want to make payment arrangements with them,fine yesterday I deposited the R400 as agreed an a call with Nqobile but one other consultant said i must pay R700. I want to please encourage anyone that wants fiber/wifi to not get involved with this company i doubt they know what they are doing,their service is terrible until you run to hello peter.They say one thing you comply and they do the opposite
I am extremely sorry to hear that this has happened once again. Evotel doesn't manage the financials of the relationship, but we we will definitely be taking this up with Net Nine Nine as this is not the experience any of our clients should be receiving.
