Most useless service provider.

Im sitting 2 days without internet, and have been told by Afrihost that they have logged a fault with Evotel. ***. Im back on Hello Peter because it seems this is the only why to get things fixed with them. I’ve been told there turn around time is 72H. So i must wait another 3 days. I wish I could choose another service provider but they are the only ones in this complex. They are the most useless service provider so frustrating. But you must still pay your full premium at the end of the month….
