Since from 02/08/2018, Evotel Technicians working on a problem at Dawn Park, Boksburg. this is a third day and we are deprived of services and by month end, we need to pay for services that were not provided. what's even worse is that you do not see the seriousness of this problem. We cannot pay for the services that you did not render, Some of us are working at home and this has backlog and other have already lost their portion of income.

We do apologise for the outage in Dawn Park, but our teams are working to get it resolved as quickly as we can. The importance of the situation is not lost on us as many of our clients are working from home as well as schooling their children from home and constant connectivity is no longer a luxury one could afford to go without.
Our teams will continue to work to resolve the issues facing the Dawn Park network and we hope to have everyone up and running again soon enough.
