I'm not happy at all...

I'm not happy at all been trying to get hold off someone to help me my wifi is off n we paid it 4 days ago they are suppose to take the monthly fee from our our account every month but instead they wait till it's R3000 to say something I'm very frustrated at this point because I work from home n my work is now standing still
