i Mr. Moola would like to give a review i experienced with Evotel.i had a bad experience after the technicians installed the line.All was left for Evotel was to link up my network.i kept getting promises that it would be done today,tomorrow.eventually i requested that they remove the line,a humble lady by the name of Bianca called me,this was after business hours.she had the greatest customer service orientated skills,very professional.she's the type of employee any business would hire.she went the extra mile in having my network line connected.she made promises on time and delivered accordingly.She is an employee that is there to deliver and not just there for the salary.its employees like her who deliver awesome service.she should be recognised as one of greatest asset to the company.i hope her name reaches to the highest ranks of the company.
