I have no internet for 3 days, there is no way to get a hold of Supersonic and aslo the chat is of no use
I have no internet for 3 days, there is no way to get a hold of Supersonic and aslo the chat is of no use. I've lost out on an interview and my husband still can not work, I cannot access my online school because of this we are losing out on serious things and money. I tried calling and there is a long hold, I requested a call back no one called, I sent an email no response. So basically the service is bad overall. I'm not happy at all
