Habitually unstable fibre connection
Is it possible for Evotel to provide a stable line for more than two days? Really, I spend more time logging calls with you people than using your internet. I am once again and as usual experiencing intermittent internet connection. Really people do you think you can deal with this once and for all.

We are very sorry for the instability experienced on the network. Teams are already working to return the network to it's usual stability and will provide updates as best we can as the situation is resolved.
We recognise that these breaks in services disrupt the lives of our users and management will be taking steps to ensure that they get resolved in the long term. Every client deserves nothing less than excellent service and we will always work to ensure that that's what we deliver!
