Great Evotel Fibre SUpport

Had a issue where my internet when down while is was at work, logged a call with my ISP and called Evotel with my REF. Prudence from Evotel contacted me and tried resolving my issue remotely. She went above and beyond trying to resolve my issue with a user that was home.

She could not get the issue resoled with them, asked me if she could assist me when I got home.

She then called me after 19:00, after her shift had ended from her home to get the issue resolved.
