Good day I just wanted to share my experiences with 1 of your employees by the name of Bianca,I have has issues with my connectivity sins last with vox where by the performance and customer service was disgusting as then Bianca stepped in to assist only then I started getting calls from Vox I would even go so far as to cansel my service for fibre but Bianca reissued me nd assist and kept me updated on my progress,just want to say thank for great job nd well done,she has save a customer from terminating the agreement
