Goldfields wifi and Evotel false advertising and misleeding
Upgraded my line 1 December now they inform me the double up ends 31 December and my line speed would be half of what i signed up for
Nowhere on the adverti*****t did it say the speed is 75/75 with a double up to 150/150
Now i am going to sit with a 75/75 line for R925 that is ridiculous

04 Dec 2024, 11:27Hi there Steven.
We are very sorry for this confusion, but it does look like you've been misinformed by your service provider. Evotel has made it clear to our ISP partners that the Double Up will be ending in its entirety at the of December. We will be discussing this with your service provider, but unfortunately the financial aspect of your service is entirely managed by them. We will do our best to get you some clarity on what went wrong here and hopefully we can find a way forward to your satisfaction.

04 Dec 2024, 11:40The problem is the add does not say that it is a double up. All adds they do must shorly be approved by Evotel as Evotel is mentioned in the Adverti*****t.
I will hold both parties responsible for this and will not stand for exploitation of us the small consumer
It will be reported to NCC and NCA and the ARB
And as per my previous Hellopeter complaint I believe that I am no targted for laying complaint about bad internet speeds
